Erika has over 10 years of experience in the Intellectual Property environment first working as a patent paralegal then moving to project management. Erika spent over six years at Woodcock Washburn developing a deep understanding of patent prosecution within both domestic and foreign landscapes. She then moved to Amazon.com managing IP Operations projects. While at Amazon.com, she led a broad range of operations projects including cost savings initiatives, systems integrations, and the identification and implementation of IP Portfolio metrics. Erika spearheaded the development of both patent prosecution billing and portfolio management best practices and led cross-functional teams in process improvement strategies.
Erika obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Seattle University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Washington.
