Carly Boon

Carly Boon began her career in Denver, Colorado in the finance and accounting fields. After moving back to Washington state, she spent five years in the produce industry growing and developing the accounting and human resources functions for Pacificpro Sales LLC, as well as their multiple affiliate companies. She worked both within her organization, and externally with partners and shippers, to improve organizational efficiency, reduce operational costs and streamline complex buying processes. Along with her work in project management, she has spearheaded employee engagement programs, pushed for more effective training and established cultural initiatives.

Carly is a graduate of Washington State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
