Seattle – JANUARY 13, 2022. TANGIBLE IP, LLC, an international patent brokerage and Intellectual Property advisory firm headquartered in Seattle, with over 4500 patents sold, announced that it successfully brokered the sale of 10 Lots of Allied Security Trust’s (AST) 29 Lot IP3 2020 patent portfolio. The portfolio spans multiple technology sectors including Media, Mobile, Navigation and Web Services. Neither the identity of the acquirer nor financial details of the agreement could be disclosed. Although these patent assets are now off the market, the remaining 19 Lots are still available for acquisition or licensing.

“AST was pleased with the successful outcome on the sale of these 10 portfolios. Tangible was great to partner and work with and there are still great assets available. We are looking forward to continued success with sales of the rest of these portfolios,” said Russell Binns, CEO of AST.

“We were honored when AST entrusted us with the sale of this unique patent portfolio, which represents the cream of the crop among the 1300 that were submitted to AST in their 2020 IP3 acquisition program,” said Louis Carbonneau, founder and CEO of Tangible IP. “While we are pleased with this initial success, there is still an excellent opportunity for selective buyers to acquire great assets whose value have been validated by the sophisticated members of AST,” said Carbonneau.
