Michael Weber is an intellectual property attorney located in Silicon Valley. He has over sixteen years of experience analyzing patent portfolios and documenting evidence of use for licensing, litigation, acquisition and tax purposes. Michael has analyzed portfolios and developed expertise across a wide range of technologies, including video/image processing, graphics, processor technologies, Flash memory, Internet/cloud technologies, machine learning and artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicle technologies and hardware and software related to all aspects of smartphones and other mobile devices. Michael also leverages his expertise to advise clients on strategies for efficiently securing, maintaining and improving patent portfolios and other IP assets that protect his clients’ businesses.
Mr. Weber is a member of the State Bar of California and also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
