Mr. Normington has close to 50 years of industrial or consulting experience. He is a coveted technology consultant and, since 2002 has also been a registered US Patent Agent. His areas of technology include all aspects of the semiconductor industry from materials to processing to capital equipment. He also has substantial experience in displays and solar cells. He often serves as an expert witness in patent related cases. He has written 4 technology-oriented books, holds 4 US patents and has taught seminars to both technology personnel and nontechnical personnel. His clients include law firms, large multinational corporations along with small businesses and individual inventors.
Peter’s industrial experience includes management roles in a variety of industries including semiconductors, medical electronics and aerospace. He has worked in R&D, marketing, program management and product engineering. The companies where he was employed include Motorola, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Medtronic and several others.
Peter graduated with a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1964.
