He has extensive experience providing support to individual attorneys, law firms, tech firms, and start-ups in the US and across the globe. He has worked with attorneys, venture partners, CEOs/CTOs, licensing professionals and inventors on IP matters relating to diverse technology domains such as E-business, software and internet-based applications, renewable energy, hardware, medical devices, semiconductors, etc.
Yuvendra previously worked for iRunway, a patent and technology consulting firm. As a founding employee of iRunway, he assisted the company in establishing the offshore-onshore model in USPTO patent litigation cases. He was also part of litigation-attorney teams, involved in a couple of multi-million-dollar landmark cases involving fortune 500 companies. Prior to his role with iRunway, he worked for five years in IT and market research industries with Pratham Research and Xenga Software. He worked on multiple market research reports and web designing applications.
Yuvendra is a 2001 Electrical Engineering graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and has a post-graduate diploma in patent laws from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad. Further, he has a post-graduate diploma in export management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
